LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us on Policy Matters

For questions about our legal terms, data rights requests, or account eligibility queries, we offer three direct contact paths.

Legal Queries Email Send written requests about data access, account eligibility, or term clarifications to our legal team by email. We aim to respond within 30 days for formal data-rights requests, sooner for general policy questions.
Live Chat Support Our support agents are available around the clock via live chat for account-level questions. For matters requiring a written legal record, we recommend following up by email so you have a documented trail.
Help Centre Portal The Help Centre hosts the current version of every policy document including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Notice. You can read, download, or link to the current published version at any time.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Account Security, Data and Your Rights

We handle account data with specific controls across collection, storage, retention, and deletion.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only the data needed to operate your account: identity verification details, transaction records for UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe deposits, and session logs. We do not collect data beyond what your account activity generates.

Cookie Usage

Our cookie notice lists every category of cookie in use — essential session cookies, analytics cookies, and preference cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies from the cookie settings panel linked in the site footer.

Retention Periods

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the legally required period after closure — typically five years for transaction records under applicable financial regulations. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Account Security Practices

Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend enabling it at setup. Passwords are stored using a one-way hash; our team cannot read your password and will never ask for it over chat or email.

Your Access and Correction Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. Correction requests — for example, if a name or address is recorded incorrectly — are processed within 30 days upon written submission to our legal queries email.

Deletion Requests

To request account closure and data deletion, contact our legal team in writing. We will confirm what data can be deleted immediately and what must be retained for the legally required period before permanent removal.

Your Legal and Policy Questions Answered

The answers below address the most common questions we receive about account eligibility, data rights, and how our terms apply in India. If your question is not covered here, send a written request to our legal team.

Account eligibility in India depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We recommend checking the applicable rules in your state before opening an account. Our terms reflect jurisdiction-dependent access throughout.

The current Terms of Service are published in the Help Centre portal and are always the version in effect. We update the effective date at the top of the document whenever a change is made so you can see exactly when it was last amended.

Send a written data-access request to our legal queries email address with your registered account email. We aim to respond within 30 days with a structured export of the personal data associated with your account.

Yes. Correction requests and deletion requests are both accepted in writing via the legal queries email. Corrections are processed within 30 days; deletions are completed immediately where permitted and after the legally required retention period for transaction records.

We use essential session cookies, analytics cookies, and preference cookies. The cookie settings panel in the site footer lets you accept or decline non-essential categories. Essential cookies cannot be switched off as they are required for your account session to function.

Transaction records are retained for the legally required period — typically five years — after account closure under applicable financial regulations. Non-transactional personal data is deleted or anonymised once that mandatory retention period ends.

Our Terms of Service set out the dispute resolution process, including the applicable governing law and the steps for raising a formal complaint. Written complaints submitted via our legal queries email are logged and addressed according to the procedure in the current Terms document.
